All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. IntelliTech Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

4. Payment

Payment must be received in full before any order is processed or dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, courier services, and delivery location.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with IntelliTech Shop until full payment has been received.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. IntelliTech Shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging where reasonably possible.

Products that have been damaged through misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Software licences, downloadable products, custom-built systems, and specially ordered products may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

7. Product Warranty

Many products sold by IntelliTech Shop are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
